Porter & Co are Chartered Surveyors established in 1999 priding themselves in giving client centred advice in relation to commercial and residential property.
We firmly believe that the client's interests are paramount and tailor our services accordingly. We do not subscribe to the “one size fits all” philosophy. Our approach is to provide a bespoke service focused on the client's requirements and aspirations and not our own.
Professionalism, market knowledge and expertise are our main attributes. These are complemented with the utilisation of market leading software and data management. Technology is fundamental to modern business practice and is key to our provision of high quality property services and advice.
We have and continue to advise, amongst others, listed and private companies, foreign governments, pension funds, hedge funds, offshore trusts and private clients as investors and occupiers.
We are based in Central London but manage and advise on property throughout England and Wales. We have contacts and associates in other legal jurisdictions and are therefore able to act for clients owning portfolios with greater geographical spread.
